  I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Erica Ward is the nicest, most professional leasing consultant at an apartment complex I have met.
  
  I have been living here at the Point since November 2017. Yes, the fire alarms in January were obnoxious, but it was 12 degrees outside (people's pipes were bursting). People seriously need to chill the ____ out.
  Yes, the walls and ceiling are a bit thin, and sometimes you can hear neighbors, but I use an air purifier at night for allergies, so I rarely hear anyone. For the price point, it's a steal. I only have a 6 mile commute to work in the morning.
  
  The only thing that could be improved upon is some sort of community events on weekends and holidays. I go to meetups, but if they had a 20s and 30s hangout in the billiards room on Friday evening for example, that would help integrate the community a little more.
  
  Overall, 4.6 out of 5 stars.
  
  A great place to rent your first apartment.
