  This is a very small and unprofessional office. They most certainly pressure people into purchasing preventatives that they don't need. Bordatella is NOT necessary unless you plan on boarding your pet. K9 influenza is near nonexistent in the US. The only reported cases are in track dogs and there were 12. It's clear to me that these people only care about making money. They can't keep up with the number of appointments they schedule.
